Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your NOUALI'S purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewellery pieces
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear
  • Unique Items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Include your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and address
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship items back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
